At age 16, a serious concussion left me unable to drive, play basketball or comprehend my reading assignments. I worked with occupational therapists several times a week for almost a year to correct my vision and depth perception. Ten years later I have found a new normal for my life. Thanks to my occupational therapy, I am also able to pursue my own career in health care at Union.
